The overall ease of the refinance process is excellent. Angelo is very knowledgeable, made certain commitments to us. He and his support team delivered what they promised and overachieved my expectations. Angelo helped us get our mortgage in purchasing our home in the last half of 2019. Based on current interest rates, I reached out to him to see if it was worth refinancing. Angelo got us a great rate which reduced our monthly payments considerably. The process was relatively painless & quick. Angelo kept us up to date on what was going on and supported us through the closing. He is very knowledgeable on what is going on in the industry as well as quickly getting through the application process.

What made my experience so great was the excellent customer service I received from Angelo and his team. Angelo took the time to explain the whole loan process. Called each time I received an estimate or disclosure to explain every item in detailed and to ask if I had any questions. He made this process painless, and smooth. He also got me a lower rate than what we had initially discussed, saving me more money in my monthly payments. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any future home loan needs.
