Angelo was always very easy to get ahold of and communicate with. Every time there was a new document Angelo would take the time to walk us through the document to make sure we understood the costs and line items. Any time there was confusion between us and the processor, Angelo played mediator to help us understand what was actually needed.

The are many things that made the services exceptional. Angelo was our main contact and he didn’t skip a beat to answer questions and provide pre approval letters, he was always available and willing to helps us through this process. The Lender tools were also a huge help the fact that I was able to upload everything from the app was impressive and very effective.
